Another good alternative to Doodle is Rallly. (mind the 3 LLL’s) Its UX is pretty good. It has enough features for casual users in its free plan, and it is also easily available to everyone.

AIt’s very easy for people to respond to a poll. You don’t need to create an account. You can just open the link and share your availability right away.

What are Doodle alternatives you shouldn’t try

When2Meet

Strangely enough, many people mention When2meet as a good alternative to Doodle. We strongly disagree.

The user interface is very outdated and there are not a lot of customization options you can set. You can only choose dates and a specific time option for all the dates combined. Not, for example, on the 26th between 10AM and 11AM, and on the 27th between 9AM and 10AM.

All the selected dates are available only for a single selected time slot. You can also not select the same date twice for different timeslots.
