These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TimeTuna.com and any related services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Service”) operated by TimeTuna (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply both to hosts (people who create booking pages and connect their calendars) and to guests (people who book a meeting through a host's booking page).
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately via our support channel if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service poses a security or legal risk.
TimeTuna is a scheduling platform that lets hosts publish booking pages, share them with guests, connect external calendars to manage availability, and automatically create meeting links and calendar invites when bookings are confirmed.
We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may schedule maintenance or experience outages.
The Service connects to third-party providers, including Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe, Twilio, Loops.so, OpenAI, and others, so it can read your calendar availability, create meetings, send messages, and process payments on your behalf.
Your use of each third-party service is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies. For example, your use of the Zoom integration is also subject to Zoom's Terms of Service.
You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your TimeTuna profile. When you do, we delete the associated tokens we store for that integration.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the applicable fees plus any taxes that apply.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on notice; the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Hosts can choose to charge guests for bookings. We facilitate these payments through Stripe Connect, but TimeTuna is not a party to the underlying booking between the host and the guest. The host is solely responsible for providing the booked service, issuing refunds where appropriate, and handling any disputes with the guest.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on the Service, including booking page text, images, videos, and AI prompts (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeTuna and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TimeTuna from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimeTuna is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
