Open to everyone. You do not need a TimeTuna account, and you do not need to be signed in. Hosts, guests, people just evaluating the product: please get in touch.

Reporting a bug

If something isn't working, and share as much of the following as you can. It speeds up the fix a lot:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The URL of the page you were on
  • The email address of your TimeTuna account, if you have one
  • Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on macOS, Safari on iPhone)
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

Account and data requests

To delete your account, export your data, or exercise any of the rights described in our Privacy Policy, from the email address on your TimeTuna account and we'll take care of it.

Security issues

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it privately rather than publicly. Use with the subject line “Security report” and we'll acknowledge within 48 hours.

Status and outages

If TimeTuna seems to be down, so we can investigate. Outages are rare; when they happen we respond as quickly as we can.
