Your account
Your account settings live under Profile in the dashboard: your name, profile photo, connected calendars and sign-in methods, SMS notifications, and account deletion.
Profile settings
Open Profile from the dashboard header to change your full name and profile photo, connect or disconnect calendar accounts, and (on the Executive plan) verify a phone number for SMS notifications. Your sign-in email is shown there but cannot be changed; it is the email your guests see as the meeting organizer.
Subscription and billing
Open Subscription from the dashboard header. Where it takes you depends on how you got your plan:
- Paid by card: straight to the Stripe billing portal, where you can change plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
- AppSumo lifetime deal: a page showing your current tier and what all three tiers include, with a link to AppSumo where tier changes happen. See AppSumo lifetime deal.
- A plan given to you by us: a page confirming your plan is on us. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel; message us if you need it changed.
- Access through a team: a page pointing you to your team owner, who holds the subscription and manages the billing.
On the Free plan the menu shows Upgrade instead, which opens the pricing options.
Agencies reselling TimeTuna to their own clients are on the white label plan, which is set up on a call rather than through checkout.
Downloading your data
On the Profile page, just above Delete account, click Email me a download link. We send a link to your account email that works once and expires after 10 minutes. Opening it gives you a single JSON file containing your profile, booking pages, bookings, connected calendars, teams, subscription, and integration settings.
Access tokens and other stored credentials are deliberately excluded, so the file is safe to keep or hand to another provider. Meetings already written into your Google, Microsoft, or Zoom calendar belong to those accounts and are not included here, export them from the provider directly.
Take an export before you delete your account, since deletion is permanent and we cannot recover the data afterwards. See our GDPR checklist for how this fits the right of access and portability.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your own TimeTuna account from the bottom of the Profile page. Click Delete my account, then type your account email to confirm. Deletion only works for the account you are signed in to, so nobody can delete an account they don't own.
Deleting your account removes, permanently:
- All your booking pages, including their links, which stop working immediately.
- Your booking history and upcoming bookings.
- Connected Google, Outlook, and Zoom accounts and calendar feeds.
- Teams you own, including their shared pages. Team members keep their own accounts.
- Your profile, phone number, and notification settings.
If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you are not billed again. We also remove your contact from our email list, so you receive no further product emails.
Leaving a team without deleting your account
If you only want to leave a team someone else owns, do that from the team settings instead. Deleting your account is not required and would also remove your personal booking pages.
