No availability showing
The booking page loads, but every day on the calendar says no times are available.
Symptom
Guests see the page but the time picker is empty for every day, or only one or two days out of the next 60 have any slots.
Why it happens
- No calendar is connected, or none of the connected calendars are selected on this page.
- Your weekly hours are empty or set to days that have no future date in the window.
- Minimum notice is so large it pushes the first slot past maximum notice.
- An all-day event on your calendar is blocking every day (vacation, "Out of Office").
- Daily limit is set to 0 or already met.
- In group cohost mode, no slot works for all cohosts at once.
How to fix
- Open the page editor → Calendars. Confirm at least one calendar is ticked under Block availability and one is set as the Write to calendar.
- Open Availability. Confirm at least one day has hours set (the default is Monday to Friday, 9 to 17).
- Check the booking window: minimum notice should be smaller than maximum notice. A common mistake is setting minimum to 72 hours and maximum to 1 day.
- Open your underlying calendar (Google, Outlook) and look for all-day or multi-day events. A "Vacation" or "Out of Office" event spanning two weeks will block every slot in that window.
- If the page uses cohosts in All cohosts (group) mode, the visible slots are the intersection of every cohost's availability. Switch one cohost to test, or use round-robin mode.
Quick sanity check
Open the page in a private browser window and step forward one or two weeks. If slots appear in the future but not soon, your minimum notice is set too long.
