White label plan

The white label plan is for agencies and consultancies that want to offer scheduling to their own clients under their own brand. It costs 1200 EUR per year for up to 10 client companies, is billed yearly only, and is set up with us on a call, not through checkout.

Who it is for

Agencies that build or run websites, funnels, and client programmes, and want booking pages to be part of what they deliver. Your clients see your brand, your domain, and your look. We stay invisible.

What is included

  • Up to 10 client companies, each with up to 6 seats.
  • Every company gets everything in the Executive plan.
  • Your brand end to end: custom domains, your logo, and your own footer mark in place of "Made with TimeTuna" on every page and calendar invite.
  • The Agency panel, where you set all of that yourself and add client companies without waiting on us.
  • Onboarding and priority support from the founders.

Pricing

1200 EUR per year, which includes up to 10 client companies with up to 6 seats each. Each additional company is 120 EUR per year, and each additional seat beyond 6 in a company is 20 EUR per year. Billing is yearly only, because onboarding an agency (domain, brand, API handover) takes real work on both sides. Prices are shown in USD outside the EU. What you charge your own clients is entirely up to you.

How to start

There is no self-serve checkout for this plan, because seats, domains, and branding are agreed before you can quote your clients. Book a 45-minute call with us from the pricing section, or directly at timetuna.com/pavel. We go through your setup on the call and get your account switched over afterwards.

Already on Pro or Executive?
You can move straight onto the white label plan. Mention your current subscription on the call and we sort out the switch with you, including what you have already paid for.

Setting it up

Once your account is on the plan, everything else is yours to run: an Agency entry appears in the menu under your name, and your brand, your domain, your client companies, and your API keys all live there. See the Agency panel. Nothing in the setup waits on us.

Billing

Billing works like any other paid plan once you are set up: card on file, invoices in the Stripe billing portal, reachable from Subscription in the dashboard header. See Your account.
