TimeTuna

Search visibility

Your booking page is kept out of search results unless you ask for it to be listed.

The default

Booking pages are not indexed by search engines. Every page serves a noindex instruction, and only pages you have opted in are submitted in the TimeTuna sitemap. Nothing about your link changes: anyone you send it to can open it and book as normal, and it works in email, chat, and embeds exactly as before.

This is the default because a scheduling page turning up when someone searches your company name puts it in competition with your own website, which is rarely what you want from a booking link.

Turning it on

  1. Open the booking page from your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Domain tab.
  3. Switch on Let search engines list this page and save.

Worth turning on if your booking page is effectively your landing page: coaches, consultants, and anyone who wants "book a call with [your name]" to find them. It is free on every plan, in both directions.

Google works on its own schedule
Turning visibility off does not pull a page out of results instantly. Search engines have to crawl the page again to see the change, which usually takes a few weeks. To speed it up, add the URL in Google Search Console and use Removals to request a temporary removal while the recrawl catches up.

Custom domains

If your page is on a verified custom domain, that domain is the page's real address and the one search engines are pointed at. Those pages are never listed in the TimeTuna sitemap under a timetuna.com URL. The toggle still controls whether the page may be indexed at all.

What guests see

The preview card your page produces (in Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, iMessage, X) is titled and described with your name and your page, and does not mention TimeTuna. If you are on Pro or above you can also replace the "Made with TimeTuna" mark in the footer with your own on the Appearance tab.
