TimeTuna

Email customization

On the Executive plan you can rewrite the emails TimeTuna sends to your guests, in your own voice.

Executive plan
Email customization is available on the Executive plan. On other plans the fields are read-only and every email uses the TimeTuna defaults.

Which emails you can customize

You can edit the emails sent to your guests. The emails we send to you as the host are unchanged.

  • Guest confirmation sent to the guest when their booking is confirmed.
  • Reminder sent to the guest ahead of the meeting.
  • Cancellation sent to the guest when a booking is cancelled.
  • Reschedule sent to the guest when a booking moves to a new time.

How to edit them

Open a booking page editor and go to the Notifications tab. Each guest email has its own card where you can set the subject, body, and reply-to address. Click Send test email to receive a copy at your account email with sample booking details.

Leave a field blank to keep the default
If you leave the subject and body blank, that email keeps using the standard TimeTuna template. You can customize one email and leave the others on their defaults.

Keywords

Use these keywords in a subject or body and we fill them in for each booking:

  • {guest_name}, {host_name}
  • {meeting_date}, {meeting_time}, {meeting_end_time}, {meeting_duration}
  • {timezone}, {manage_url}
  • {old_meeting_date}, {old_meeting_time} (reschedule only)

Reply-to

By default guest replies go to your account email. Set a different reply-to per email if you want responses to land somewhere else (a shared inbox, for example).
