Agency panel
Everything a white label agency used to ask us to configure, in one screen. Open the menu under your name and pick Agency. It appears once your account is on the agency plan.
The panel has four tabs, and they are in the order you want to work through them: Brand, Domain, Companies, API keys. Your agency is created the first time you open it, so there is nothing to set up before you start.
Brand
This is what your clients and their guests see instead of TimeTuna. Set the product name first: it is the name in the dashboard header, in page titles, and in emails, and it sits next to your logo on a phone, so keep it short.
Logos, favicon, and links are URLs you host yourself, and they must start with https://. A browser blocks an http:// image on a page served over HTTPS, so a logo on a plain HTTP address would simply not appear on your clients' pages.
- Logo for light backgrounds is the one in the dashboard header. Any aspect ratio works; the height is capped so a wide logo does not push the header around.
- Footer text replaces "Made with TimeTuna" on every booking page and calendar invite. It sits on one line under the booking form on a phone, so it is capped at 40 characters.
- Login URL is where a signed-out person on your domain is sent. Your platform then asks us for a one-time sign-in link. Leave it empty and they land on the TimeTuna sign-in page, which breaks the white label the first time it happens.
- Support URL becomes the Help link in your clients' dashboard.
Domain
One host serves your whole product: your clients' dashboard and every booking page they publish. Use a subdomain you own, for example book.youragency.com.
Save it and we show you the DNS records to add. The panel then checks them live and tells you which one is wrong and what it found instead, rather than a single pass or fail. It keeps checking each time you open the tab, and there is a Check again button for the minutes right after you edit DNS. Once the domain answers as your agency it is marked live.
DNS changes usually reach us in minutes and can take up to an hour. The HTTPS certificate is issued after the records are correct, which takes a few minutes more.
Companies
A company is one client business. Adding one creates the owner's account, grants it the plan your agency pays for, and puts them in a team of their own. They get no email from us, because as far as they are concerned we do not exist.
The three tiles at the top are what you are billing for: companies, seats across all of them, and add-ons beyond what your plan includes. Ten companies and six seats per company are included; past that, each is billed as an add-on. See the white label page for the prices.
Deactivating a company stops its booking pages serving and drops it out of the billable count, and it keeps every row. Reactivating puts both back. Nothing is deleted, so a client who comes back in six months picks up where they left off.
API keys
A key lets your own platform do all of the above without opening this panel: create companies, add and remove seats, and sign your users in. See the Partner API reference.
A key is shown once, when you create it. We store only a hash, so a lost key is replaced, never recovered. Name each one after the system that will hold it so revoking the right one later is obvious. You can hold five keys at a time, which is enough for a live integration, a staging one, and a rotation in flight.
What the panel does not do
Billing stays with us. Your yearly invoice, add-ons, and any change to what your plan includes go through your account manager, not this screen. What you charge your own clients is entirely up to you.
