Cohost not receiving bookings
You added a cohost, but in round-robin mode the system never routes bookings to them, or in group mode they are not on the calendar invite.
Symptom
- Round-robin: bookings always go to the same cohost.
- Group: the calendar event arrives without one of the cohosts as an attendee.
- A cohost reports they have not received any confirmation emails.
Why it happens
- The cohost never accepted the invitation and is still in "pending" state.
- The cohost has no calendar connected, so TimeTuna treats them as fully busy.
- The cohost's OAuth token expired.
- The cohost's weekly availability does not overlap with the slot.
- In group mode, the slot has no time that works for all cohosts; TimeTuna will not offer it.
How to fix
- Open the booking page → Booking → Cohosts. Confirm every cohost shows status Active, not Invited (pending).
- Ask the cohost to open Settings → Connected providers and confirm at least one calendar is connected and healthy.
- Have the cohost set their availability on their TimeTuna profile.
- For round-robin issues, check the cohost's availability for the date. If they had no open slot that matches the meeting duration, they were correctly skipped.
- For group mode, narrow the test: temporarily set Any cohost (round-robin), book a slot, then switch back. This confirms whether the issue is individual availability or the group intersection.
Cohost OAuth is independent
Each cohost has their own connected providers. Your Google connection working has no bearing on theirs. See OAuth disconnected.
