AppSumo lifetime deal

Bought TimeTuna on AppSumo? Here is how to activate your license and what your tier includes.

What each tier includes

Every tier includes any visual background, top 3 slot recommendations, unlimited booking pages, multiple calendars, Google Meet, Teams and Zoom sync, custom form fields, round-robin and multi-hosts, custom domain, webhooks, and the Zapier integration. Guest email customization and SMS notifications through your own Twilio account are included in every tier too, even though we sell them with the Executive plan.

License Tier 1 ($39, 1 seat): everything above. Accept payments, custom logo, and team support are not included, and the booking page keeps the "Made with TimeTuna" mark.
License Tier 2 ($99, 3 seats): everything above plus accept payments, custom logo, and team support.
License Tier 3 ($199, 10 seats): the same features as Tier 2 with room for a bigger team.

Seats count everyone on your team including you. On Tier 2 you can invite 2 teammates, on Tier 3 you can invite 9.

Activate your license

Open your purchase on AppSumo and click the redemption link.
AppSumo sends you to timetuna.com/appsumo/activate. Sign in to your existing TimeTuna account, or create a new one with Google, Microsoft, or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
You come back to a confirmation that your lifetime deal is active, and your plan badge shows (Lifetime). You are never asked to pick a monthly plan.

Your activation is held for 24 hours, so there is no rush to finish in one sitting.

Already paying via Stripe?

If your account has an active monthly or yearly subscription, we ask you to confirm before the lifetime deal takes over. After activating, open Subscription from the dashboard header and use Cancel in Stripe so you are not billed again. Your lifetime access is not affected by the cancellation.

Changing tiers

When you open a feature your tier does not include, TimeTuna shows you the lifetime tiers rather than the monthly and yearly plans, since those are not the upgrade path for a lifetime deal. You can also open Subscription from the dashboard header at any time to see which tier you are on and what each tier includes. Upgrades and downgrades themselves happen on AppSumo, not inside TimeTuna, so each other tier links you out to your AppSumo account. When you change tiers, AppSumo issues a new license and your account switches to the new tier automatically within a minute. Your booking pages, calendars, and settings are untouched.

Refunds

If you refund your purchase on AppSumo, your account returns to the Free plan automatically. Your booking pages and data stay intact; features above the Free plan become read-only until you upgrade again.

Still not working?

If you end up on the dashboard without your lifetime plan, go to timetuna.com/appsumo/activate while signed in. We hold your pending activation for 24 hours and will finish it there.

If that does not work, return to AppSumo and click the redemption link again to start a fresh activation. If the problem persists, contact us at support@timetuna.com with your license key and we will apply the plan by hand.
