iCal feed connected but page unavailable

You added an .ics feed, your dashboard shows a calendar connected, and the public page still refuses to show times.

Symptom

The booking page shows "This calendar is temporarily unavailable"and every date is greyed out.
Your dashboard looks healthy: the iCal feed is listed under Settings → Connected providers and the page card has no warning badge.
Your weekly hours under Schedule are set and nothing on the feed conflicts with them.

Why it happens

An iCal feed is connected to your account, but each booking page keeps its own list of which calendars it reads. A page created before you added the feed is not automatically told about it. When the feed is your only calendar, that page ends up with no calendar to read, so it fails closed rather than offering times it cannot check.

The other version of this: the feed is on the page but switched off under Calendars → Block availability, and it is the only calendar there.

How to fix

Open the page editor → Calendars and check that your feed is listed and switched on under Block availability.
If it is not listed, remove the feed under Settings → Connected providers and add it again. Adding a feed now attaches it to every booking page you own.
Save the page and reload the public link in a private window.

Feeds added after 16 September 2026

Newly added feeds attach to your existing pages automatically, and pages that never had a feed selection fall back to your account feeds. You should only need this page for a page where the feed is explicitly switched off.

iCal feeds are read-only

A feed can block your availability but cannot hold an event. On an iCal-only account, bookings still go through and the .ics file attached to the confirmation email is what you add to your calendar. See Calendars for the full picture.

Still not working?

Open with the booking page URL and the feed URL you added. Feeds behind a login, or ones that return HTML instead of .ics text, cannot be read and we can confirm that from our side in a minute.
